🍽 Rate Your Plate: Buffalo Chicken Wrap

This was another home run recipe at a recent Unacare Family Health Clinic Cook Right, Live Well classes. Plus, it rates right! 

Protein- chicken. 
Carb - high fiber wrap. 
Vegetable- broccoli slaw. 
Fruit- n/a. 
Dairy- Greek yogurt. 
Fat- avocado.  

{Recipe} 
Healthy Buffalo Chicken Wrap
1 whole wheat wrap, 6 inches
¼ cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 Tbsp. bleu cheese crumbles
⅓ cup cooked chicken, cubed
2 Tbsp. buffalo wing sauce
¼ c. broccoli cole slaw
⅓ Avocado, sliced
⅓ cup tomatoes, chopped
2 Tbsp. red onion, diced

Directions:
Cook chicken strips on medium till done, shred.
Toss shredded chicken in buffalo sauce. 
Spread wrap with plain Greek yogurt.
Sprinkle on bleu cheese crumbles.
Layer on broccoli slaw and avocado. .
Top with chicken. 
Wrap the sides to the middle and roll up tightly. 
Cut in half and enjoy!
