Mexican Salad Prep

Meal Prep Lunch
If its a short week so make less lunches. I can't say enough how delicious this salad is. Just cook lean meat (turner or deer) in a low-sodium taco seasoning. Then start building with alllll the veggies. Top with a touch of salsa. 
Ingredients


1lb meat. 1 can Mexican corn, drain. 1 container cheery tomatoes. Spinach. Salsa. Corn chips, optional. 

Remember- a main meal is 4-6 checks. I got bonus points for the all vegetable variety! 😎
