Meal prepping doesn't have to be daunting or take all day laboring in the kitchen. You can prep two lunches in 5 minutes. 

You can find the salad kits with kale and Brussels sprouts where the lettuce are located. It gives you 2 nice sized lunch portions or 3 side salads. 

Protein- tuna, from a pouch. 
Carb- wrap, high fiber
Vegetables- salad
Fruit- grapes
Dairy- n/a
Fat- dressing, in kit
