Avocado toast is all the trend, but who has time for that in the morning? And, you can get out of control with fat calories when not being careful with avocados or guacamole (even though it's healthy fat). 

Recipe Hack: Use pre portioned guacamole cups! I've been using Wholly Guacamole (no affiliation) and haven't been disappointed. 

Rounded out this breakfast with scrambled eggs and a banana.
