New Years Day leftovers rated right. Yesterday I went a little overboard with black-eyed peas, plus cornbread. Ha. Tonight for leftovers I reeled it back in to Rate better.
Protein- pork chop
Carb- whole sweet potato
Vegetable- collard greens
Fat- collards were cooked with turkey leg (better than bacon grease, but still a fat)
Yum. 2017 is going be delicious and balanced.
